Macklin Automotive is a startup that provides automotive maintenance, repair, and customization services. When our car broke down in the middle of the road, we panicked as there were no usual repair services around. The locals we got were absolute novices when it came to auto repair. We had to trust them, even though we knew exactly what needed to be done on that car.
